Property Styling is styling properties for sale using a range of furniture, artwork and accessories. This unique service offering has been designed to maximize the aesthetic appeal of your property to potential buyers and at the same time increase the sale price.
How does the RESCo put together my package?
Our styling service is individually tailored. We will always provide an initial consultation to you or your sales agent, and ensure furniture we provide is the right size, style and colour for your property. Our commitment to you as our client is to provide highest standard of property styling no matter what your budget is.
How much does property styling cost?
The price is dependent on size of living space / internal size. Please contact us to arrange a complimentary quote.
How does payment work?
Deposit is required for bookings and the balance is due prior to delivery.
How long is the hire period? Can we extend our hire?
The hire period is for 5 weeks. You can extend the hire period subject to availability, please contact us for more information.
Can I purchase the furniture?
We do provide interior styling. Please contact us for more details.
Can I use some of my pieces I already have?
For maximum result we request removal of all furniture unless furniture fits in with the style.
Can I hire just a few pieces from RESCo?
No. We offer as a package so you’re not limited to minimal pieces per room. Our aim is to style your property to its full potential.
Do I need to vacate the property for the campaign?
Yes, we request you vacate the property to ensure furniture pieces are not lived in.
Where do you service?
Within 25 kilometres of Melbourne CBD.
Can I ask for a refund if the property sells early?
No, we cannot provide a refund if your property sells early.
Are you insured?
Yes. We have full insurance including public liability.
